Even the smallest detail can take a design from being “nearly there,” to exceeding initial expectations.  From the original concept to the final product, our team ensures clarity and accuracy. Every project is a priority and is executed with meticulousness and care.

For 20+ years, Verus Design Inc. has completed a variety of projects for clients in many industries including hospitality, entertainment, law, real estate, health and wellness. Our team is well versed in building codes and zoning bylaws and has dealt with several regulatory bodies including conservation authorities and cannabis legislation. We have intimate knowledge of the inner workings of several city halls within the GTA and continue to foster relationships with various departments, offering creative solutions to specific challenges.

Our drawings are known within our field for their thoroughness and legibility, and are a particular point of pride for us. We welcome projects of all sizes from house additions to subdivisions. Our Toronto-based firm has worked with over 100 clients all across Ontario, Saskatchewan and Quebec and overseas in Romania. Verus Design Inc. is BCIN certified under the Ministry of Municipal Affairs and Housing, and has a wide network of contacts to suit your needs.

Daniel Venturuzzo

Daniel Venturuzzo was acquainted with the construction industry from a young age. His father and grandfather were contractors, which inspired him to follow in their footsteps and work in construction while pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Architectural Science at Ryerson University in 1998.

Daniel is passionate about residential design and specializes in wood frame construction. He has experience working for several architectural firms, prior to starting and owning his own firm. Throughout his career, Daniel had the privilege of managing major clients and projects with professionalism and diligence, affording him an excellent reputation as a well-regarded expert in the industry.

Daniel worked for the City of Brampton as an Examiner, owned and operated Camber Designs Inc. for 13 years, managed historical designated project documenting for restoration and pursued several certifications throughout his career.

Nick Menonna

From a young age, Nick gained knowledge of the construction industry from his father who worked in the trade full-time. Nick graduated from the Architectural Technology Program at Humber College and received a Diploma in Architectural Technology.

Having the privilege of starting his career at Viljoen Architect, Nick gained the foundation to venture into developing his business specializing in residential design and construction with which he found success for 14 years. Throughout his career, Nick has managed both residential and commercial projects including subdivisions, custom homes, renovations, and interior retrofit. He has run projects for some of the GTA’s most reputable homebuilders such as Greenpark Homes, Starlane Homes, and Fieldgate Homes, granting him an admirable reputation in the industry.

Nick is a BCIN qualified designer who is meticulous and possesses attention to detail with both the design and technical aspects of a project. His extensive knowledge of the Provincial Building Code and Municipal Zoning By-Laws ensures that each project is executed flawlessly.
